Happy Thanksgiving to all our fellow Americans, and happy opening of the holiday shopping season for our friends abroad.

It's been awhile since we updated, and since then a few things have happened, most notably the release of Reasonably Priced Comics #4.

The below cover is the one for the published issue. Last update, we posted a similar cover but production issues prevented VOYAGA from returning for the final part of the first story arc. In its place, we found two stories from the RPC Vault to take its place. The issue is outstanding and more diverse than any other issue we've published so far.

To entice you to check it out, digital copies are available on DriveThruComics this weekend for only 69 cents. That's 30% off of the normal digital price of 99 cents and less than a third of the price of a print issue!

Use this link to take advantage of the sale on the digital copy. Good until the end of Saturday. The book is also available on Graphicly for your preferred mobile device and in print at the usual place.

And be sure to let us know what you think!

Good morning, everyone!

A few days ago, we showed you the unfinished line art for RPC#4's KIDTHULHU cover by Jason Stephens. Well, check out the final lettered cover? Pretty sweet!

RPC#4 cover features a brand new KIDTHULHU story by writer Martin Brandt II and and artist Jason Stephens, the final part of book 1 of VOYAGA by writer Brandon Barrows and artist Ionic and a horror/crime one-off from writer Alex De-Gruchy and artist Lucas Heneks. It'll be out later this fall, and we'll fill you in on additional details as they're available.

In other news, JACK HAMMER/VOYAGA writer Brandon Barrows was interviewed by Josh Dahl of the Rapid City Interview Series. Brandon talks about origins and inspirations for JACK HAMMER as well as his creative process. Check it out here http://monolithllc.com/rapidcity/2011/08/rapid-city-interview-series-brandon-barrows/

And just in case you haven't noticed, our sci-fi anthology SCIENCE! was released August 31st. You can get it in print HERE or digitally HERE, including a 5-page preview of the digital version. The first three issues of REASONABLY PRICED COMICS are also now available on Graphicly for your iPad, iPhone or other digital device for $0.99 each. If you aren't familiar, it's a pretty slick interface! Check it out HERE.

Have a great weekend, everybody!

SCIENCE! #1 is out August 31st and we've just gotten the first advanced review in!

Geoff Arbuckle of A Comic Book Blog had this, among other things, to say:

"More than simply decent stories with nice art...the stories are fresh and...it definitely kept things interesting."

Thanks for the great review and your continued support, Geoff! You can head over and read the review in its entirety for yourself here http://acomicbookblog.com/2011/08/science-1-review/

In other news, below is a sneak peak of the uncolored cover to Reasonably Priced Comics #4 featuring Kidthulhu by Jason Stephens! Just imagine how awesome it'll look in color!

It's official: Reasonably Priced Comics #3 is out July 27th.

If you've been living in a cave, Reasonably Priced Comics is our quarterly anthology spanning the range of comic genres. Basically, it's got something for everyone!

In issue three we present:

VOYAGA, part III - "Identity" by Brandon Barrows and Ionic. Dean Kirkland thought he was alone in the savage, decaying hulk of the world of the 31st century, but when he finds other humans will it turn out to be a blessing or a curse?

KIDTHULHU - "Fetch" by Martin Brandt II & Jason Stephens. Everyone's favorite adorable Elder Horror comes to the pages of Reasonably Priced Comics! All Kid wants to do is spend some quality time with his pet, but does anything ever work out the way its planned?

WESTERN ADDITION - "Dinner Guests" by Brandon Barrows and Leandro Panganiban. A preview of an all-new western series! Guests can be a pain when they're invited, but barging in at dinner time is just so rude!

All this and an incredible WESTERN ADDITION cover by Ionic!

B&W interior, 24 pages, $2.50

Hope everyone's enjoying their weekend so far!

Two quick things today:

We're happy to announce that the line up for Reasonably Priced Comics #4 has been finalized. As well as including the fourth and final installment of book one of VOYAGA (by Brandon Barrows and Ionic), RPC #4 will include a cover-featured KIDTHULHU story by Martin Brandt and Jason Stephens, and a brand new crime/horror story from writer Alex De-Gruchy entitled BAD BOY.

We'll give you folks more info (and some sneak peaks!) as it's available. Right now, we're shooting for a late August/early September release for RPC #4.

Next, a note on submissions (and it's an important one). We've been getting a lot of submissions lately, which is awesome, but there are folks who are ignoring our submission guidelines and it's gotten to the point that there've been enough of them where this has to be said.

If your submission doesn't include a completed and signed submission form, which can be found at the bottom of our submissions page, it will be deleted unread. We know that sounds harsh, but it's the way things have to be both for your protection and our own. We know it can be hard finding a publisher, and we really do appreciate how much work you've put into your creations, but blindly sending form emails to publishers and ignoring their guidelines is not a good way to get noticed.

To those of you who have been following the listed guidelines, thank you. We really appreciate it, and keep the submissions coming.

We are always looking at quality story submissions for our Reasonably Priced Comics anthology, so keep them coming!

It's still a few months off, but we're so excited we had to share!

Pages for the strips scheduled to run in Reasonably Priced Comics #3 have been coming in and we thought you folks would enjoy a little sneak preview of two brand new series debuting in the issue.

Below is a low-res, unlettered page from KIDTHULHU (by Martin Brandt and Jason Stephens).
