Reasonably Priced Comics #2 is fast approaching completion! In preparation (and a little bit of celebration!) we're holding our first contest of the new year.

Issue #1 has been extremely popular, and we've received a number of emails from folks eager to see more from those creators, as well as a wide variety of quality submissions for inclusion in the series. So we know what some folks like, but here's where you come in.

We want to hear what YOU want to see in the pages of Reasonably Priced Comics. Do you have a favorite genre you can't get enough of or a creator whose work you think would fit in with our philosophy and format? Our goal is to provide our readers with high quality comics of all genres for the best price, and we'd really like to hear what you're looking for in a comic.

So here's the deal, we have ten free digital downloads of Reasonably Priced Comics #1 to give away so if you missed it for whatever reason, it's a perfect way to get acquainted with us! It's easy, just drop us an email either through the contact page, at ReasonablyPricedComics @ Yahoo.com or hit us up on our Twitter feed (@RPComics) and let us know your thoughts.

The contest runs until the end of the month or until we have 10 winners, so make sure you take advantage of this opportunity to let us know what YOU want to see in our pages!

Hope everyone had a great holiday! We're rapidly approaching the final day of 2010, and we'd just like to say thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past year. We've actually passed the official one year anniversary of our founding, but it's never too late to say THANK YOU. We really appreciate it.

That's the main reason we held our recent holiday 2010 twitter contest, which came to a conclusion on Christmas Eve. Congratulations to all the winners and to everyone else, make sure to check back often as we have a few more contests planned for 2011.

And while you're here, Cosmic Book News recently reviewed Reasonably Priced Comics #1. See what Byron Brewer, their managing editor, had to say. http://comics.cosmicbooknews.com/content/review-reasonably-priced-comics-1

Since we're approaching Christmas, we thought we'd do a little holiday giving of our own.

In that spirit, we're having a little contest on Twitter with a daily winner receiving a free download of Reasonably Priced Comics #1 from DriveThruComics

The rules are simple. Each day from now until Christmas Eve, we'll be mentioning this contest on our twitter feed and each person who retweets the message will be entered to win. On Christmas Eve, we'll pick three winners (one for each day the contest runs) randomly from those who retweeted the message. Easy enough, right?

So there you have it. Now to get to tweetin'!
